The We Will Build It Better program is an innovative educational program helping inspire and encourage career tech in elementary classrooms. The curricular experience engages students in a work-like science, technology, engineering, arts and maths (STEAM) environment. 

The 18-week, industry-designed educator-developed, program engages young students in a work-like STEAM environment, beginning with the importance of precision and accuracy, and progressing to design and 3D printing, hand and power tools, electricity and fiber optics, programming and coding, business concepts, marketing, and leadership principles. The interconnecting kits provide students with the knowledge and skills to invent or innovate a product of their own. We Build It Better lays a foundation for students to understand the process of developing a new product and equips them with the skills to design and create an innovative solution to a real-world industry-based challenge.
